From the outset, we were aware that the corner block presented a challenge, primarily due  to the presence of an electrical substation at the rear of the property. This perceived  “defect” was a deterrent to many prospective buyers, resulting in lower engagement during  the auction process.

Despite this limitation, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding:

Auction Performance 

Notably, the property achieved a final bid very close to market competitors—even those  with more favourable land parcels (i.e., no substation or underlying site issues). This  validates the strength of our design choices and the market appeal of high‐quality, custom built homes. 

On Auction Day we sold 68 Mcalister Parade, Marsden Park under Hammer for 1.75M which clearly demonstrates there is always a Buyer seeking Value in a Quality product.
